Doing more with less

I’m a big fan of doing a lot with a little. Maximum output from minimal input.

Probably comes from my music. I impose a lot of constraints.

I do the same in UI. One or two fonts. Spacing. Simple shapes. Strong contrast.

I like getting to the core of things.

With music, I start by adding everything. Then I take it away.

What’s left is what it is.
